$10 entry fee (50% off, normally $20). Non-refundable, non-transferable.
Two weeks before the event, you'll be assigned a turn-in window.
Prepare your ube dessert at home. Make enough for 12 three-ounce servings.
Drop off in a disposable cake container between 2:30 – 4:30 PM, within 5 min of your assigned time.
A selected panel scores entries on Taste (50%), Appearance (25%), Originality (25%).
Awards Ceremony at 5 PM on Saturday, October 24, 2026. Results published Sunday.
Roster drops closer to the date. Registration is open to home bakers everywhere — no commercial kitchen required.
